I work for this thing they call a company. Now Im sure not all District and Store Managers in R0051 dock employees lunches but I can say for sure it's happened to me, and alot of my co-workers. No matter how hard or long of a day you had, they override your time and punch you out for lunch even though there was no way you had time to eat with the schedule being so packed full.
They cite this as "company policy". Oh and we have a new Mach 5 timekeeping system that even generates reports sent to the DM when a employee didn't take/or was not overridden on lunch. This way they can better track employees who work too hard, and still steal from there payroll. This company does not care about the employee's. Rent A Center also cites a "open door policy" to report this type of thing, but they only one you report to are the offenders who did these things to you in the first place... Ha some open door policy. They dont care... Ive heard my Market Manager state before that employee's to him are a dime a dozen and if people dont like it to get out. They FORCE you to get sales... And when I say FORCE I mean they FORCE you.
