It's a known fact that Rent A Center over charges on all products, however some problems & situations force you to use this company. I ordered some some furniture was told it would be at a discount since it was used. Come to find out that my bill was as much as a new set would cost.
My job situation changed, I started being late on my payment but would get them in. Now it's gotten to the point that I'm getting harassing phone, calls they call my contacts putting my business out, they bang on my door hard for long lengths of times they pull back the screen in my window try to open my window this is disturbing my neighbors who are complaining my landlord has been concerned also.
When I called the store to complain and get the name of the workers that have been trying to get in my window they refused to name them. Would not let me talk with the Manager. Now I have letter that they will bring the police.
I've been paying on this furniture since May. For the last few months I've been Harassed, theatened, terrorized and me & my house have been dispected.
What can be done.
