Total Protection Plus - AT&T
I did not authorize the service. They would not tell me who did

My at&t bill was charged $12.99 for a voice mail service that I the account holder did not authorize. They told me some fictious name but would not give me any other infomation. This is a rip off. Check you phone bill for this rip-off and scam. AT&T is not the rip-off however they allow these scamers access to our accounts and we are billed without question through their billing system.
