I went court final divorce precedeing, and judge, ordered lacls to release 60% or 9000 to me out of my husbands 401k, i went on the fourth of september and filed all paper work i had to sign. And it states in divorce decree and domestic relations order thar they had to release this money, and have not.
In the beggining mrs laird was acting ovasive by telling me they did'nt have the paper i needed. And when i said i was telling judge i recieved in the mail a day later. She told me what i had to do but never gave me correct figures and now they are playing games, talking about i had to wait fifthteen days and that my husband could say no, but he couldn't because as plan as day in divorce paper it said he defaulted, and noe lacks is trying to say the figures don't match, and i have to do it all again. The divorce is final and also the ruleing, and my ex agreed to it also.
And it all about lacks trying to act like there above the ruleing of the judge, and ignore. I'm tired i have went through enough abuse i'm tired. All my paperwork is in and they keep saying, or adding something else to what needs to be done and over with.
I had to contact a layer in which i don't have the money for. I have been homeless since my divorce and i feel i went through enough. This company seems everybody else has to follow the law but them. Go figure that all my paper work says the same thing. And even had me fill out a benificary paper just in case sometging happened to me and i followed the court ruleing. I gave the car back to my husband but, they won't respect the final decree say's. Why are they above the law.
