My ex-husband is the registered owner of my vehicle. I was awarded the vehicle in a divorce decree and i continued making all the payments. The vehicle was paid in full and title was mailed to my ex-husband and he refused to give it to me. I called gmac to get a release of lien and they refused even though i offered to send them the decree signed by the judge and agreement upon by my ex-husband.
