We the People (WTP) charged me $449.10 to file the last 2 steps in my divorce. They filed paper work incorrectly causing an additional 4 month delay taking my divorce to a 10 month long process. I then had to appear in court, loose half a day of wages, parking money, etc to find out I had to refile the most important document and then go before a judge. I am the one that completed my divorce and they did not up hold the agreement originally made. Another lady I met at court had the same experiance as well as the many court clerks stating this company is known for taking people's money. I emailed them letting them know what happened and asked for a partial or full refund based on the events and they stated they did everything they could do and they would not be willing to work it out. I feel taken advantage of and could have completed this process months ago by myself. They should not be allowed to file paperwork on people's behalf.
