My story is the same as everyone else's I read. Took three weeks to get the software, my credit card had the charges before I had the software. I thought I was doing something wrong because I couldn't bring up anything that was worth the effort. Took software to others that know their way around a computer, they all came up with the same! @#$%^&. Now I'm having a good time trying to make sure that they get the chance to charge my card again. Trying to work with these people is just giving your money away like dust in the wind.
