I purchased a magazine subscription from CRS on 4-17-08.
The salesperson was going door to door saying he was a student working with this company to build sales skills and was competing against other salespeople for points to be used towards a trip.
On the receipt is says it may take up to 120 days to receive the magazine. I thought this was a long time to wait and thought the price of the subscription was a bit high ($40 for ESPN the Magazine), but thought this was going to a good cause. So, I went ahead and ordered. I have yet to receive the magazine.
I left messages on the companies voicemail on 8-18,8-25, and 9-10. I have yet to receive a phone call back, eventhough it states on their message they would get back to me as soon as possible. The telphone number is 940-365-0089.
I filed a formal complaint with the Attorney General of my state and I suggest everyone else who has been scammed by this company to do the same.
