A Farm Bureau Insurance agent, Kevin Wcisel, used his client association with my 81 yr old father to garner a PERSONAL loan. They have done business together for several years.
Mr. Wcisel offered to pay an interest rate of 44% on a loan of 10,000.00.
This was an unsecured loan written to him personally with out family knowledge or consent.
After contacting the District Manager, Dave Ward, I was informed that "nothing illegal occured". What about corporate ethics? Can that possibly be acceptable conduct of an employee?
