When I moved back to New Mexico in December, I switched my auto insurance to Farm Bureau Financial Services. I made it clear that I needed full coverage insurance on my vehicle. The agent ran a quote and told me it was full coverage. All my documents showed full coverage.
In March I was involved in a very bad car accident that almost took my life and the life of my passenger. I called Farm Bureau to report the accident. That is when they told I did not have full coverage. So I called the agent, who is rude and disrespectful to me when I question the paperwork.
The issue with Farm Bureau is they do not want to honor any of the paper work I have. They are trying to argue that the paperwork that they gave me at the time of signing is invalid. It is also clear that they do not want to take care of me since the accident.
