I paid Chris and Kenny Brinkman $1,000.00 to build my fence. They promised to be here in 3 days. Since they received the money on April 24 I have been calling both of them leaving messages but they never returned my calls.

If I used different phone to call, they pick up the phone and swear to come in the following day to build the fence but they never come. If I use the same phone to call again they never pick up.
