We contracted with this company to build a fence in our yard in July. They promised us a fence in 30 days. We paid a required materials deposit of over $4300. The company performed absolutely no work, ceased all communications with us and we can't find them. They have vacated their place of business.
The company appeared to be legitimate at the time we contracted them. They presented a contractor license number for Terry Villar that is registered in the state of Florida.
As of January, we have not been reimbursed the money that we paid for our fence and we never received our fence.
