David Zimmerman, doing business as Midwest Fence and Midwest Fence and Deck, was paid to build a fence. He cashed the check he was given and never built the fence.
After a year of attempting to collect my money I filed a small claims court case. I requested that Mr. Zimmerman be served by the Greene County Sheriffs office. I was informed by that office that the address Mr. Zimmerman has been using was a vacant building. The Sheriffs office also stated that this is not the first time that they have tried to serve Mr. Zimmerman. They stated that he has avoided them for years.
