I joined about seven months ago and was promised 16 "matches" in a year with men who met my education, health and level of physical activity — all of which are high. I was matched with three men who were, in succession: to young by a decade and a half and in very poor health due to obesity; my age, but did not meet health or education requirements; and a man who was my senior by almost a decade and a half!
Phone responses were slow or non existant, especailly from Pamela, who heads up the Columbus office. Staff got things mixed up and had to cancel things a time or two. It was a royal jerk around, with little contract fulfillment.
Do not use this service if you want results. You must meet eligible people for anything to happen, and most of my matches were inappropriate and the numbers were too low for success to occur. Stats say that one must date eight people for one to be of interest. IJL cannot deliver the matches Pamela promised. And, when I called, she blew sunshine up my @$. Very unprofessional.
