Submitted order and immediate payment. 15 days and no shipment. No response to my numerous emails asking for an update

I ordered college football merchandise (tailgating canopies) and submitted payment immediately.

It has been 15 days and I have not received the order, nor any updates on the status of my order from FanSportSource.

I have sent FanSportSource numerous emails over the past 5 days, but have not received any reply at all from FanSportSource.
