On August I have purchased a cart (wagon) at Atwoods store cost $108.74.
After 2 times use at my yard, the front drive broken, it cannot stay in the center. I brought it back to store and return less than 1 month after I bought. (within their 1 month return policy).
They refused to take it back and claim that cart was used.
Of-course it used 2 time, that why I know it not quality product and I couldn't work with the cart like that.
I couldn't pull by hand, either hook it to my riding mower (It design for riding mower). I explain to the man there, but he kept saying his manager told him won't take the cart back.
I don't want to pay for the poor product, bad quality. All I want is Atwoods refund my full money.
They are Big Liar, Cheap, Unprofessional, And steal customer's money as much as they can!
