I purchased the Buxton Genuine Leather Organizer in January of 09 for a total of 27.99 which included shipping. I was told I would receive the item in 8 - 12 weeks. It took almost five months to recieve the organizer. After using the organizer for a week, the insides began to shred and the zipper latches fell off.
I am also pretty sure the organizer is NOT made of leather, it is that thin. I contacted the Official TV Online website to request a refund. I did not hear anything for several weeks so I sent another email. I got a response that it takes time to process a refund. I waited another two weeks and still nothing. I have since sent 12 emails with no response. I have also called the number on the receipt and voice mail is full so I can not leave a message. I just want my money back and can not seem to make any headway with this company. Another thing, when I did receive the organizer, it came in a postal envelope with no documentation, no receipt or warranty or anything. I knew right at that moment the site was a scam.
This company needs to be stopped.
