Returning home I contacted a prior employer about a rehire. Sure they said, it's been over 6 months so we have to redo the paperwork. Not a problem.
Funny thing is I never listed US Xp as an employer, never hired, but my DAC lists them as terminating me, per Shaffer. Called my recuiter with US, Tracy Woods and she tells me the termination is on the drug test. "At the bottom of the test there are 2 boxes, 1 says dismiss and the other says termination".
"We had to put something in there." It's as if she has no clue the difference between the words dismiss and termination nor does she understand the meaning of h i r e for employment.
Yes I am going to explore the legalities of falsifing a DAC.
