I placed an order with the Satin-N-Lace shops on November 4th. I had been searching the internet for Large size clothing and in particular lingerie as my size 22 daughter is getting married on 2-15-03. This web site popped up and as I had been shopping on the internet for Christmas gifts with many other companies (reputable) I assumed that this site/store would be as honorable.
I happened to be talking to my daughter today about the wedding plans and it came to my attention that I still have not received my order from these people. My daughter jumped online to obtain a phone number for these people and again I got the answering system as with every other phone call. My daughter found the fraud line and we have decided that I have been robbed of about $260.00 and have no hope of seeing the product that I ordered in good faith.
I have tried to call these people many times and always got an answering machine, I have sent a few emails and they get returned as undeliverable. I would love to get my money back but at this point I don't see that happening. I hope these people can sleep at night knowing that they rip off honest hard working people. I did leave them a phone message that I will contact the BBB and the state department of Consumer Fraud to report yet one more scam in this world.
