They get you a construction loan then take your property when they say they can't get you a end loan. They lie, Cheat you
and when you call them on it they procede to get nasty. They
some how feel they can work outside the Law. They go after
consumers who are most vulerable, with past credit problems, the owners believe they can take the Law into there own hands without benefit of court hearings.
