I placed a very simple online order with this company using their website. The order consisted of two products. I received one product and then received several emails stating that the order had been fulfilled - even though one of the products had not been shipped or received.
As of this report - I placed the order in June and it is now nearly September and I have not received my entire order. However, surprise - surprise... They charged my credit card for the entire amount - including the amount to ship the product I have never received. There is one customer service person that I have spoken to on the phone repeatedly (Sherry) who seems nice but also frustrated on her end. From what I can discern the management and/or owners of this company are clueless, careless - or both.
Will never do business with this company again and have sent emails to my entire list of contacts (200) in the horse industry recommending that they do not do business with this company either. There are too many GOOD companies online that actually fulfill their orders - this one does not.
