Waverlywood Apartment Complex
Bad service

When we first moved in, didnt have access to the storage unit, I left a message on the answer machine, and week later they finally cut the lock off. I also called about the light bulb on the stairway to the basement that took a week too to replace.

One washer never worked. Our laundry card was given to us bent, and had a hard time working.

First time we used the garbage disposal, a god awful noise came from it, maintenance came and looked at it, and pulled out rusty metal bottle tops.

Living Room, Dinning Room and Den have mold growing between the windowpanes. Waverly wood acknowledged that when we moved in.

Den was unusable through out the winter, there was a draft, that we had to shut the door, and place carpet in from of the door to prevent the air from blowing into the rest of the apartment.

When I was steam cleaning in the Den I noticed the ceiling water spot, notified waverlywood via answermachine, and no one came to look at it.

There were paint flakes in the carpet, for Waverly woods painting crew, in the dinning area.

Their was a car parked in front of our building in the winter for 3 weeks, they had to plow around it, making the two spaces on either side of the car unavailable. This car belonged to no one in our building on either side. I called the office about a week after having to park in front of someone elses building and slipping in the parking lot walking a crossed it. I left a message at the office, a week later the car was still there, called the office again, had to leave a message, a week later YET AGAIN there was the car still sitting there, not even tagged, flagged or towed. Finally the third time I called I spoke to human being, who assured me that they werent aloud to do this. That they would take care of it. A week after that the car was finally tagged, and 3 days later the owner finally dug it out of the snow and moved it two spaces over, and now THREE the one he was parked in were unusable. I called the office and I think this only took them a day or so to remove the snow.

Called several times about garbage being left in the hall for days by the lady in number 5. On August 14th @ 2 AM I had to call the cops on that same girl, for disruption, banging on walls, and I called the office about it the next day. I spoke to one of the ladys who told me, that she was moving out in September and that was all they were doing. When I spoke to Linda she was so inviting to give me the scoop on the other tenants in the building, including the one who broke his leg slipping on the ice that waverlywood never took care of, and also the noisy neighbor.

For several weeks someone had been sticking items such as candy (tootsie rolls), duct tape, tissues, etc in the security door. I called the office they told me it was taken care of, and I explained to them in happened again. She stated it was already taken care of by maintenance. There was a candy chunk all over the doorway and in the door jam (where the lock is). They told me they couldnt do anything until they find out whos been doing it. I explained to her that someone in the building hand wrote a sign politely asking them to stop. They told me they would make an official sign fromWaverlywood. They never did.

During the wintertime, that the tenant in apartment 2 called the office on was the back entry door had snow coming in through the crack in the door, a pile about a foot long and about half an inch high. AFTER it stopped snowing someone came and put a weather strip on the door.

On Several occasions I have been trying to get a hold of Property Manager Linda Mayo. Left messages with the people in the office and no one called me back.

I personally spoke to Linda Mayo on August 30 at 11:00 for about 40 minutes.initially it was an issue regarding a security deposit. I also called regarding the above issues, and was given the well we cant do anything, or thats not true, no one told me etc. It was really initially a run around and an apology that our stay with them was so unbareble.
