A representative of the company called and got an employee of the store that was not authorized to place and order. The representative of Express Transaction Services said that he was calling to confirm shipment of an order that had been placed. She said okay. (We never placed the order) The paper rolls for our financial transaction machine arrived about a week later. (five years supply)
We opened the box, saw what it was, resealed it and returned the box (one box). We called and told them we had sent it back.
About a month later, they called to collect on the invoice because they said they did not receive the package. We got UPS to get us delivery proof and sent Express Transaction Services a copy.
Now, over a year later they called and said the return shipment was not complete and therefor we had to pay for the order.
Of course we are not going to pay and I think I am going to call the Indianapolis police.
