ETS called and told my employee that our register paper order was ready to ship, but they needed to confirm the address.
They then shipped 12 rolls of paper that DO NOT fit our machine and an invoice for $369. I did NOT pay. Then the phone calls start. Then the threats to my credit and huge collection fees.
I told them that they needed to come to KY, hire a lawyer and sue if they want their money. The other day, they faxed an invoice - their mistake was that they have an 800# Fax line.
Well, they have gotten SEVERAL hours of faxes of everything that I could find to send them. They called and whined that I was tying up their line. I suggested that they stop calling me and I would stop faxing. He just threatened to call me and fax me all day long.
