Rip-off $259 a the date 10-21-02

I, dont write good english but they do that to me too they took 259 from my bank and i have nothing back to me is 01/03/03 and i still have nothing i been call them at this number 1800 588 0558 only what they says "i gonna give you message to them and te call you back in 24 hour and they never call me" idont not what to do thank you..
