Is a Rip-Off! Deceptive - Customer is NEVER right

Advertises unlimited texting for $9.99. Can not get this price unless you purchase plan. You do not know that until you try to activate phone.

First month plan did not renew on own. I was told plan was not set up right and customer service fixed my online account. I let this go and payed double because I thought it was my fault.

Second month amount was withdrawn but not applied right according to how my online account was set up. When I called for the second month in a row I was told it was because I did not call in and tell customer service how to apply my payment.

Never was I told by customer service the first month that I would have to call in every month to have my payments apply correctly. What is the purpose of an online account?

When you call in it is hard to get a live person. I was disconnected three times before I reached a live person. I talked to 4 different costumer service associates. I was told it was my fault that it was my responsibility to know all the terms and conditions no matter what the customer service rep told me the month before.

When I asked them to explain things to me, I was told I needed a specific question. So... Since I was supposed to know all the terms and conditions I asked them to go over them for me. I was then told there were thousands of them and it would take until 5:00AM to go over them so they would not do it.

The third person (some sort of supervisor) yelled at me. When I asked to speak to his boss I was told no and no matter what I thought he did not raise his voice at me. I finally got his boss... The lead supervisor.

Lead supervisor would not answer my questions. He only repeated a rehearsed line. Finally he told me to have a nice day and hung up on me in the middle of a sentence.

This phone was my teenage daughters. I put $30.00 on it ($20.00 for unlimited texting and $10.00 extra), she did not realize in less than 24 hours she went through $30.00 in texting until it wouldn't let you text and longer.

All that I wanted was for them to activate the unlimited texting plan that $20 of my $30.00 should have been applied to (because the rep from the first month did not inform me I needed to call in... Which was supposedly my fault because I didn't ask). They could have kept the $10 (which they did anyway).

They refused... Wanted me to pay another $20.
