I made my purchase for a loveseat and couch for $1888.00 and paid extra for leather protection. With Rooms to Go in September. They shipped me the product incorrectly twice before I recieved what I ordered.
Within 5-6 months I noticed the brown leather color coming off. It was burnt orange where the paint / dye was coming off. I called and complained and after speaking with several managers they agreed their was an issue with the set they offered for me to come and reselect. So in July I reselected a couch. My salesman recomended the Cindy Crawford edition leather couch set and said that I would not have an issue with this set. It is the best leather they sell. It cost me more to buy this set so I paid an addtional $1564.15 plus leather protection. Ater about 5-6 months again I called ustomer service and they sent me out some replacement cushions. I told them that replacing the cushions is not going to help me with this issue. It will happen again.
Sure enought it happened again. My couch is showing orange where people sit. I called Rooms to Go and again and they said sorry it is made in China and you are out of warrenty. I am not left with a $3500 leather couch set that looks awful. I have called countless times to the store and customer service and no one is willing to help. I have a 3 year leather protection plan, but they said it only covers if I spill food or drink on it. This set has been discontinued. That is no surprise to me! They said they may be able to order new cushions for me but I must pay for them. I would not like more cushions since this is an ongoing issue. I am stuck with it. I have left a message for the store manager to return my car and no one will call me back.
I do not recomend this store to anyone. They sell cheap leather.
