When the person called the office to verify that I knew what was happening, I found out about the monthly charge to be paid to them with an automatic debit. I said "no" and hung up. The young lady talked me into letting them put in the equipment but not to connect it, but to wait a couple days to think about it.
The next month they "auto debit"ed my account and caused bounced check fees. The next month the same thing happrnrd. They were charging my a monthly fee without providing a service.
I am a 70 year old person on a limited, fixed budget. It is my intent to sue the pinnacle company for the money I've lost. The help of an attorney would be appreciated.
I've read other reports, and find they did the same to me that was done to others, except they charged me for services they did not perform.
