Purchased an n4000D Embroidery Machine for $6496.91 from Sandy Fabrics in Kennewick, WA on Feb 26 with the understanding that if I followed the instructions set forth by United States Administrative Services.inc.in their document 3yrs later that i would be entitled to a rebate of 3000 dollars.
Their premiss was that people would forget to claim the rebate and they would be home free. I followed their instructions and sent in for my rebate on Jan 30. Via certified mail.
I recv confirmation on Feb 15 that Ronald K Gooding signed for the package on Feb 12. The document says I would recv my rebate within 6 weeks of my submittal. I have yet to recv any documentation about my submittal.
Voucher # 375630
I beleive a lot of other people have be dupe by this company and can not fight back because the numbers are small and not worth the effort to go after them.
After I bought the machine I bought 281 dollars worth of thread for the machine with the promise I would get back the 200 dollars from the same company in 12 months with the same conditions. When i submitted the claim I messed up on the submittal and they sent back a letter written on a piece of used paper which I still have saying " No Proof of ID..."
I didnt make the same mistake the second time.
Thanks for taking the time on this issue.
