United States Administration Service Company Rebate Ripoff, Cabinet Pak promoted a rebate, had to wait exactly 54 months to submit request. Submitted request in August. My rebate was $1105.50

My husband and I had our cabinets refaced in January. The salesman told us we would be eligible for a rebate. We would have to wait 54 mths to submit the documents for the rebate. The cabinet refacing cost us $3,350. Our rebate was suppose to be $1105.50. I followed all the rules exactly, and submitted all the information needed for the rebate, in August.in the rebate rules it says I am not allowed to contact Cabinet Pak, or I can be disqualified. It is now the May. I have not heard from the rebate. I have not contacted cabinet pak, but I feel since they benefited from the rebate, that they should take some responsibility. I followed the rules to a T. I feel like I have been scammed not only by United States Administration Services Company, but also Cabinet Pak
