Areopostale carged my debit card then would not give my merchandise

I went to Aeropostale today and made a purchase of 492.00 she told me to swipe my card and it didnt go through on the first attempt so she was going to do a 200.00 transaction first to see if the card goes through... It went through so she charged me a 100.00 twice which left me owing 92.00 and when she charged the 92.00 the card wasnt approved again. It said I had too many transactions.

So she told me I could not take the merchandise because she cancelled the sale because the 92.00 would not go through. I told her yes the last 3 transactions which were 200.00,100.00,100.00 which totaled 400.00 did go through because I signed those drafts and they were approved... She would not give my merchandise..

I came home called the bank and the charges were charged to my account...

I live 2 hours away and I called the salesman back and she said I have to bring a bank statement all the way back there... And maybe she contact corporate and have my money refunded within 2 weeks... I cannot wait 2 weeks and shouldnt have too.

I was humiliated in front of a store full of customers... Which wasnt fair to me or my daughte
