My company, (REDACTED BY ROR) was contracted with to bring talent to the table for Icons, Inc.in Princeton, NJ. We were asked to locate high quality talent to function as a IT Sr. Security Consultant to Icons Inc's client base. We placed the candidate on the job and were supposed to be paid a fee for this placement. Icons Inc kept our consultant on board with them for 3 weeks, sent him on 5 Client engagements and never paid us a dime. They also failed to pay our Consultant his wages... He threatened to stop working for them half way through his 3rd client engagement, after which they paid him his past due wages. After two additional consulting engagements were completed, they let him go and did not pay him his wages for the last two engagements
Do not do business with this organization. I have worked with them for 2 years and they were always a nightmare to work with. Every invoice we sent them were disputed and payment was always 2 - 4 months late. This time, they have paid us a dime and owe us over $4,000.
