Signed up for trail membership to see credit score - cancelled the next day - did not tell me I was also enrolled in privacy chest and had to call different # to cancel that - charges of 77.66 will not be refunded

I signed up for a trail membership to RGM for free credit report, 4/15/08

I cancelled the membership by telephone, 4/16/08

I was not told to call another number to cancel anything additional.

Last 2 months I have received a charge on my credit card for 38.83, I called the number I had called before and was told all was cancelled and I would be credited the amount taken. Again I was not told to call another number to cancel anything else.

I received my credit card statement this month and another charge of 38.83 was charged not refunded. I called the sdame number again and was given the number on this report. I am now cancelled for the "privacy chest", which I was supposed to have been informed of and was told there would be no refund. "your a stupid lady" I was told. 8/11/08

I know this may not seem like a lot of money, but to me it is. What bothers me is this is a company that spouts their ability to help you with your credit and instead they quietly rip you off just like everyone else.
