Ive been a t-mobile customer since 2004. T he whole time i had my phone i had bad service including echoing & poping sounding in my ear. Felt like i was talking to myself everytime i tryed to talk to my family & friends. Ive complained, complained, complained. NOTHING they did for it. They talked me into new phones after new phones. Ive spent alot of money through out the years buying expensive phones for not only me but my son too.

Two months ago i have a bill for $350.00 & my plan was only for 176.00 usally. So i called billing & they told me that they just started a new plan for 2 phones unlimited $199.00 a month.By the time i got my next bill it was $300. Again including a $40.00 tax fee. I argued to them over that bill & they told me that they couldnt do anything about it but, they just started another new plan for $149.98. I said wow great! Can you give me that plan?

In the mean time i still tryed to get my other bill down since the guy who put me on the $199.00 screwed me not telling me it would come out $100.00 more then what they promised. They couldnt do it. So i had my phone shut off.By the time i got another bill this time they charged my even tho there wasnt any usage for another month. Now my bill is 660 something dallors. I had enough called from my boyfriends phone because it wouldnt let me thro on mine unless i had the payment to give them.

Finally get a rep on the phone & told them to cancell me out due to no help on my bill. I also told them i wanted to be reimbursted on my month that i didnt use the phone. They put me to a supervisor & all the guy told me was youre contract has been cancelled do you have anymore questions? I said nope! So in the mean time i need a phone been without for 2 months its getting hard to reach my 15yr son.

SO i decided to ask my brother to get us a t-mobile account in his name till i resolve mine. I had just got another new phone with them so ill just use that one. We were in the mall in ocala, fl & went to a t-mobile rep. Since i got screwed the first time i wanted to make sure i got it very clear about the time before. Well our sales agent BRIAN talked about giving us a flex plan at first i said absolutly no.

I want the $149.98 plan i dont want a prepaid. So he wrote the contract down we got our phones and went about our buisness. Got halfway thro the mall & we get this tex saying you have $5.00 on your acct so we went back to him & he smerked & said oh thats just for if you want to order caller tunes or ringtones. That sounded good. He also smiled and said if you have any problems you know where to find me in gainsville somewhere.

He was working filling in for someone in ocala. I looked at my brother and said i hope he just joking. My brother thought so too. Unfortuntley he wasnt. He made his commision & we had our $5.00 limit call phones turned off. Thank god until i resolve this (copmetitor's name redacted) excepted me so ill be able to get a hold of my son all the time.
