Using people in dire straits who need jobs really bad to obtain their personel info

I have experienced all the formentioned things the people who filed before me experienced. I knew something was up when i couldn't go any further in the application process after i would not give e-mail addresses for my references. It is extremly obvious that this company is using the misfortunes of many to further their business. It's very sad that this is how society is now.
