My wife watched that horrible infomercial for the GT Express 101 and was convinced it would be worth buying. I had no problem with that but didn't want to order anything directly from a television add so after a quick google search I found asseenastvguys.com and they were selling the Deluxe Model GT Express which is basically two machines put together for $80 or so after everything was said and done. Well the idiots sent me a normal model (not the deluxe) and still charged me for the deluxe model. Numerous attempts to contact customer service went unanswered and I know good and well they have gotten my messages.
Do not deal with these people unless you want to get ripped off.
