If you want laziness, constant excuses as to why they cannot come out to do what you hired them for, and miscommunications - then this is the company you want!
We contacted them Friday night for an emergency service. They agreed to be out at my home in an hour. It took them over 4 hours to get to our house (after mulitple excuses as to why they could not come). This was in the peak of summer. When they finally boarded up the house, we had to dispose of the glass ourselves. They told us we would have to wait until Tuesday at the latest. They called and made excuse after excuse for 4 days. I finally asked them, "Do you really do business like this?" And of course the woman handling the phone calls said, "No, we normally do not. It must be a full moon or something." I asked her to remove the emergency fee due to the fact that they were already 3 days late from repairing my window. And the woman agreed to it and would let the repair man know when he came out. When they finally arrived on Friday to fix the door, we again had to clean up the left over glass. And they would not take the emergency fee off. The guy said he was not authorized to do this.
Secondly, I was charged $500 for an emergency service that was not completed for an entire week. And then not given back the compensation I was promised. This company is the worst I have seen as far as good business practices as well as accomodating their coustomers.in my opinion, stear clear of this company they are awful. I would never recommend this company to anyone!
