When you call the office of RHD Windows you will almost certainly get their voice mail which says "Thank you for calling RHD Windows we are currently busy but please leave a message and we will get back to you AT OUR EARLIEST CONVENIENCE"
When I first heard that message, which unfortunately was after I bought my windows, I could not believe that a company would have that as their message. Not only is it unprofessional but apparently it was never convenient for them to call me.
When they finally got around to installing my windows they decided to increase their bill by 50%, stating that it was more work then they expected.
On at least 8 occasions I got a call at work giving an excuse why they would not be able to work on my house that day. These calls were received after I had made arrangements for the family pets and moved all furniture from the walls. However these excuses were never told to the installers who would freely admit that they were at other install sites and knew nothing of the faulty excuses the office had given me.
The overall installation process took over a month to install 11 windows into a one story house. (It only took 4 of those days at my house) When the installation was finally complete we received a bill in the mail stating that we were already 90 days past due, although payment was not due until completion of installation. Within 2 weeks of the date we received the bill we got a letter from a collection agency stating that we had been turned over to collections. Remember this is less than 21 days after the last window was installed.
My experience with RHD Windows was the worst consumer experience I've been apart of. They are the most unprofessional and dishonest company I have ever done business and I strongly discourage anyone from ever doing business with them. We received a referral for this company through Puget Sound Energy so beware of companies they recommend.
