Fraud. Take your money and do not return calls or provide services promised

In January paid $1500 for services and as of July have not received any of the promised services. Have spoken to many represenatives in customer service. They give me names of individual handling my account with
their extension. Leave many messages and no one returns my call. I see their commercials on Television every week. Why does the FCC still run their advertisements? The BBB in California and Texas have recorded all the same stories as mine??? Why are these people still in business???
