Denise Fletcher Fiancial Company... Taking peoples money promising to give loans

Ms. Denise Fletcher of Dominion Fiancial Services promised to give me a $3000 dollar loan and i had to pay $450 upfront since July 29th... To date i am yet to receive the loan nor my money back. I have made multiple calls and she never returns the calls nor messages.
