This company contacted me on my cell phone. Where they got my number I have no idea. I asked them and was advised that it was from an online survey I had taken. At the time I was searching for at home employment and thought that is where this had come from. BIG MISTAKE!!!
When I advised the fast talking operator that I was in the hospital with my grand daughter and not interested in any magazine subscriptions. He then advised me they would be free and I had nothing to do but, review the magazines at my leisure and would receive a FREE ROUND TRIP TICKET (still waiting for that) and a package explaining the program. After again telling him I did not have the time or inclination to have this he said it was all free and no hassle. I told him I did not want to have to call in 30 days to cancel and again advised that it would not be necessary. WRONG!!!
I have received magazines that I have never heard of Latinos, (not spanish), Maxim (single woman), magazines for the black cultures (caucasian). I have contacted these individual magazines advised them I never ordered these magazines to find out that this is prepaid???
I do not use the credit card very ofter and was almost paid off before I realized that this was even coming out of card. I have contacted the card company and disputing the charges. I have also contacted the customer service # you provided as there was none available for me because I never received information from the company. What I was advised that all customer service representatives are busy and my phone number was taken and that a customer service representative that can assist me will return my call. And WHAT IS THAT? If you have a customer service line are they not suppose to be able to help you when they answer the phone?
Well, here I sit waiting for their call back. I will call again tomorrow, the next and the next until I reach someone that stops this madness. I will close my card completely if not resolved to prevent them from taking anymore.
