I contracted with these people to move my family from NJ to NC. The cost seemed reasonable and the representatives seemed attentive to my needs.
Needless to say I was let down on both fronts. They increased my weight certification by almost 5,000 lbs they refused to give me a copy of the certification. They claim to "reassemble every item that was taken apart". However, the two guys (yes only 2 guys) they sent showed up at 6:30 PM one day later than requested then failed to assemble anything. I was out of town at the time and they bullied my wife through the process and left at 2:30 AM. My wife even offered to put them up in a hotel so they could complete the process on 7/16 but they refused indicating they had another job to do in MD. I tried to get some level of satisfaction by calling the main office on 7/16 but I was repeatedly hung up when I tried to escalate the issue.in additional, several key pieces of furniture were lost including parts to my kids' bed now they cannot be assembled at all.
