Customer Relations Lacking of any Relations

I purchased my t-mobile phone in November, and ensured my phone could be used most anywhere. The sales associate assured me I was on a national plan and should have no issues. I like to travel and move around a lot, I am young and not ready to stay in one place quiet yet. I recently moved to east Texas where I had no service most of the time.

I repeatedly had to call customer service for weeks and my phone would work for about an hour before going back to no service or a tower in which it would not operate. This happened for about a month before taking a vacation to Missouri where my phone worked just fine. I drove up and had perfect service the entire time and, that was until I got back to east Texas.

On the way back to east Texas I stopped off at a T-Mobile location in a mall in the Dallas area where the sales person looked at my phone and said there was nothing wrong with it and if I continued to have service issue to call customer service.

Spectacle of this persons advice I drove to Denton where I took my phone a few months earlier due to a sim card issues. The sim had somehow fried itself and needed replaced; since I lived in a rural area I was told this was the closest authorized dealer. This I also found frustrating due to this was a two hour drive away, and the store where I purchased my phone was less than 5 minutes from my home. The sales man there was the same man that changed out my sim card he looked at my phone took off the battery looked at the back took out the sim and told me nothing was wrong with it.

However I returned to east Texas with my phone having the same issues of not working and dropping calls when I could make calls which was seldom. I again repeatedly called customer service for over a week before they told me I needed to do an insurance replacement. The customer service representative helping me also had me check the back of the phone indicators for liquid damage still none was present.

The only damage being slight scratched on the screen from normal day to day use and wear and tear. I proceeded with the warranty replacement to only be charged a month later for liquid damage! I have worked for a cell phone company and know how to look for liquid damage; I had more than just my-self look over this phone for liquid damage or any other damage, so how could I be charge for damage that was not there? I am frustrated I offered to send the phone back and t-mobile gave me an address for the national returns center then a fax number for customer relations. I have yet to hear a response and doubt I will.
