Made the mistake of ordering a "trial" sample of their Slimbody product. Within days received another bottle that was never requested. This was part of their auto-ship membership program. Once I realized how unethically they operate, I returned both unopened bottles. I called them as well and requested an end to their auto-ship program. To date they have charged my account $42.95 & $49.95, both within a few days of each other. They refuse to credit my account even though they have received the unopened bottles. They have lamely offered an "exchange" credit, of which I want no part. I have been working with my credit card company and BBB.
GNS is really sneaky and slide things right by you hoping you will not notice their erroneous charges. I caution anyone and everyone to stay away from GNS. I have seen similar complaints about them on the Internet. My story is not unique. Others who have tried their product say it is nothing more than cayenne pepper!
I will tenaciously pursue a full refund from them.
