I signed up for the Wu-Yi TRIAL PROGRAM on 09/18. Under the TRIAL PROGRAM and per their internet site - I received the tea bags free of charge and all I was responsible for was the $4.95 shipping charge. I signed up for the TRIAL PROGRAM and received my 14 day supply of tea.
Upon checking my credit card balance on-line I notice several charges from Wu-Yi Source. I was charged a membership fee on 09/26 I was charged a web access fee of $9.95; on 10/10 and 10/25 I was charged $59.95 for tea; on 10/27 I was charged $4.95 and $9.95 for membership and web access fees.
I only signed up for the TRIAL PROGRAM and even received an e-mail from Wu-Yi indicating that I signed up for their TRIAL PROGRAM. But yet they have charged me twice for web access fee's, membership fee's and they placed me on auto-ship and charged me $59.95 for tea's that I wasn't supposed to receive.
I called the company on 11/22 and notified them of this error. I checked my credit account on 11/24 and the company charged my account again in the amount of $59.95.
Wu-Yi operates on DECEPTIVE, FRAUDULENT practices. You sign up for the TRIAL program as stipulated on the internet and they set you up for automatic auto-ship and continue to charge your credit card.
This is false advertising, it is deceptive and the compnay operates under fraudulent practices.
