Aaron Sales and Leasing telephoned me in reference to my son and his wife's account, Tuesday morning (07/22/08) at 8:10 am, the gentleman calling mumbled every word he spoke, made it difficult to understand what he was saying, I told him tell me how much is requred as a payment, I will mail it in, after begging to get the address and I already had the name of the account.
Two hours later I call back and ask for the name of the company, the other gentleman that answers the phone (name begins with an M?) begins to ask me the account name and number, I explain that I am mailing in a payment all I need is the correct name. This (not a gentleman) rude Aaron's employee hung the telephone up on me after he said the name rather quickly, as I was speaking. I called back and one of the many Aaron rude employees proceed to place the FAX sending high pitch noise in my ear.
I then waited about twenty minutes and called back, the one of many Aaron's rude employees then, explains that he "thought the call was completed, " how is that possible when I was speaking. I have not dealt with this company prior to today and this is the worst behavior I have every expereinced. When a patrion is making a payment shouldn't they get a moment of respect?
After this brief moment of disrespect I blogged the company and saw many more complaint blogs; this company should bring in an outside company that teaches telephone ettiqutte and office procedures for customer service. I would not reccommend anyone open an account with Aaron Sales and Leasing and if they have one close it until they make changes for the positive.
