I purchased a set of rims and tires last year. The then manager Lisa ordered the wrong tires/rims. I had to make 4 trips to the store before they got it right. Stephen Cohen was very rude too. I had to report him to their Area Manager in NC. Stephen told me it was not is job to put tire shine on the tires once he installed them. I had waited over 2 hrs for the right tires to be installed (after making 3 prior trips to the store). My contract is incorrect. They charged me for tires that were never installed on my car. They call, come to your home and harass you and your friends even after you have paid them. They treat their customers like they stole something from them. The only requirement for working there must be that your are breathing because people that they hire are young, ignorant and lack customer service skills or training. The turnover rate is very high. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing within the store. There new general manager Dana is argumentative and talks down to people. They lie to you and will lie on you just to try to make themselves right in their wrong doing. I would not purchase another thing from them. Dealing with Rimco/Aaron Rents has been like making a deal with the devil! I will go back to Rent-A-Center where they treat their customers with respect.
