I had ordered flowers for my mother who was in a hospital in London, Ontario. The order was cheerfully taken with an extra premium for same day delivery. Over the next 4 days, no flowers arrived despite many phone calls, emails and attempted chats with their operators. I tried to talk to the order takers - apparently the only people in the organization that would talk to a customer. They would not identify their full names or where they were physically located.
I called up my credit card company on day 4 and had them reverse the charges. They will dispute the transaction on my behalf.
The company is an obvious fraud and the regulatory authorities need to shut them down and bring the perpetrators to justice
