Fraudulent Charges on AT&T Bill

I have never heard of this company, which apparently provides long-distance telephone services to Latin America. My husband I have absolutely NO contacts in Latin America, and have never used this company.

Americatel wrongfully and fraudulently charged us on our AT&T Bill. I immediately called AT&T, and they reversed the charges, and then advised me to contact them directly.

Their 800 number is useless - always busy... And then they speak only Spanish. Someone please help me prosecute these people.
