In ordering tires on the 27th May I received a confirmation email that my order was received. Four days later I called to follow up on my order and they had not even processed it. At that time I was told it would process. Six days after that point in time, I have yet to receive any notice of my tires being shipped. I made another phone call, in which I was put on hold for 10 minutes, in which I had to listen to a foul language conversation about pens and pen caps. Finally, the man picked the phone back up and asked me for my order number only to tell me that it was still not processed. At that point in time he had the audacity to ask me if I wanted to still submit the order.
